Ceri Lee

Hi! I'm Ceri, A qualified Yoga teacher since 2001, Reiki practitioner, and owner of the Yoga Light Centre, a beautiful sanctuary in Ruthin, North Wales. This dedicated space offers yoga and other holistic practices to enhance general health and well-being the natural way. Airbnb is also on site, with opportunity to take a personalised wellbeing break in an area of outstanding natural beauty. More recently, since having a hysterectomy, with a swift onset of a surgical menopause, I’ve trained to specialise in menopausal health and yoga, and have become part of the collaborative that is The Midlife Flow. Almost 30 years of yoga and holistic living has revealed the possibilities for strengthening the body & mind, experience deep healing, discover inner peace, and that yoga can be accessible to all. It is with this experience I am able to facilitate transformational growth with midlife wisdom. For more information about classes, workshops and wellbeing breaks or personalised retreats at the YLC, including fooming UK based & international yoga retreats also running throughout the year, please go to the website: yoga-light.com
