Receiving these nominations from the North Wales Awards is a real honour, and something I’m very proud of. But first and foremost, they are a reflection of the team I’m lucky enough to work with at Coffee King. Our team is hardworking, adaptable and genuinely committed to doing things well. They take pride in looking after our customers, they’re always willing to go the extra mile, and they support each other when it matters most. Over the past year we’ve taken on new challenges, grown the business and built strong relationships across North Wales, and that has only been possible because of the effort and positivity everyone brings every day. What I value most is the culture we’ve created together, one where people share ideas, take ownership and celebrate each other’s successes. As a manager, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a team grow in confidence and achieve things they can be proud of. To be recognised alongside so many fantastic North Wales businesses means a great deal. Whatever the outcome, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and excited about what’s still to come.
