Hey! My name is Leanne and I am the Communications Officer for CC4LD (also known as Conwy Connect for Learning Disabilities). I am passionate about telling stories that matter and empowering individuals to use their voices to create positive change in their communities. At Conwy Connect, I work closely with our members to highlight their unique experiences and share their journeys through various communication channels. By amplifying their voices, I hope to inspire others to learn from their experiences and become advocates for inclusive communities.
