HR Professional educated to PDS level three standard & in excess of 15 years manufacturing experience, in a generalist position. Having started my career within a Japanese Automotive, multi national organisation & after 15 years & a short family career break & a short self employed period, gained further experience within the construction industry, where I gained invaluable experience focusing mainly on the health, safety & wellbeing within a Scaffolding Company. I have attached myself to the health safety & wellbeing elements of that particular industry & the impact that by not having the correct information & procedural guidance, can be detrimental to numerous factors. This has now turned into a passion on so many levels & am looking to move into this area at a larger scale.
