I deal with a wide range of issues which include contractual disputes, boundary disputes, neighbour disputes, harassment & defamation claims, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, enforcement of judgements, landlord and tenant matters (Wales and England), and property-related disputes. I am from an agricultural background and can appreciate the practical difficulties and impact that some disputes have on her clients. As I am a fluent Welsh speaker, I enjoy working in North Wales where I can speak in my first language and also many of my clients' first language. I pride myself on giving sensible and practical advice, whilst also reminding client of the bigger picture - what are their goals/trying to achieve and exploring the options to get to that end goal, in a way that works best for them. Thinking outside of the box does help!
