I am an experienced Customer Account Manager and Sales Specialist, with a focus on Integrated Care within Wales, and maximising the role of Diagnostics in the patient pathway with an emphasis on positive patient outcomes. Prior to that, I had a Lead Technical/Management role within the Medical Biochemistry Department at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. I am a highly motivated, trusted and strategically focused professional, with 17 years experience in the Medical Diagnostics environment with Roche Diagnostics UK, and 26 year experience in the NHS as a Biomedical Scientist. I have a proven track record of achieving highly challenging sales targets, and executing business strategy, as well as being a pro-active member of highly successful Sales and Account Management Teams. I have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and these enable me to quickly develop relationships and work in partnership with key stakeholders in order to drive mutually beneficial outcomes for all. I am Welsh, I live in Wales, and I have worked in Wales for over 40 years.
