Insight Workplace Health was founded in 2009 by twin sisters Liz Terry and Ellie Taylor, starting from a single clinic in Port Talbot. Seventeen years on, we are Wales’ largest independent occupational health provider, still family-owned and led by our founders, with family members working across the business from sales to clinical roles, supporting more than 2,000 organisations across the UK from our headquarters in Llandarcy.Our team of 87 is directly employed, including 51 clinicians; we do not rely on subcontracted clinician networks. It includes occupational health physicians, OH advisers, registered mental health nurses, occupational and clinical psychologists, MSK specialists, health surveillance clinicians, ergonomists, neurodiversity assessors and operational coordinators. Clinical leadership comes from our Chief Medical Officer, Dr Andy Sproston MFOM, Welsh Convenor on the Faculty of Occupational Medicine Council and an HSE Appointed Doctor. • Core services: management referrals and absence management, health surveillance, HSE Appointed Doctor services, occupational physician services, pre-placement and statutory medicals, vaccination programmes, and chain-of-custody drug and alcohol testing. • Specialist services: neurodiversity assessments and workplace support, mental health and psychological support including trauma and critical incident response, specialist MSK assessments, ill-health retirement assessments, ENG1 seafarer medicals, and ergonomic assessments
