I am an experienced and values-driven Chief Executive with over 23 years in the housing sector, committed to delivering tenant-focused services, long-term financial resilience, and impactful social value. Having progressed through a range of leadership roles since 2008, I have played a key role in Cartrefi Conwy’s transformation — from leading the £80m WHQS investment programme to driving efficiency savings, embedding a data-led approach to decision making, and shaping national policy on zero-carbon housing and asset compliance. As Group Deputy CEO, I was privileged to oversee major organisational change — strengthening governance, delivering service improvements, and aligning our commercial and community strategies. I led the development of the Together Corporate Plan 2025–2028 and have built strong, trusted relationships with Welsh Government, local authorities, and partners across the public and third sectors. I’m particularly proud of my work launching and scaling Creatingrcial subsidiary and one of Wales’ fastest-growing companies. It now delivers over £70m in contract value while hardwiring social purpose into every project — supporting over 100 tenants into employment and creating more than 500 workplace opportunities.
